Five BSc students from our Algorithmic Optimization Seminar formed two teams to participate to GD Contest 2025. With their submissions, they achieved 4th and 6th place among 12 participating teams.

Maria Eleni P. will participate to GD2025, which will be held at Norrköping, Sweden from September 24 to September 26, 2025.

Michael B. and Maria Eleni P. will participate to SWGD2025, which will be held at Caldana, Italy from September 7 to September 12, 2025.

Our group received funding from the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation to advance the research on graphs beyond planarity.

Michael B. and Maria Eleni P. will participate to GNV2025, which will be held at Chania, Greece from June 22 to June 27, 2025.

Aikaterini Maria (Maritina) Ntasiou just joined the group. Starting from June, she will pursue her PhD thesis in our group. Welcome Maritina!

Maria Eleni P. will participate to EuroCG2025, which will be held from April 9 to April 11, 2025 at the Liblice Castle in the Czech Republic.

Michael B. will participate to Bertinoro Workshop on Graph Drawing 2025, which will be held from March 2 to March 7, 2025 at Bertinoro, Italy.
